Great food, love the general tso’s ‘chicken’

We've been going to this buffet for 20 years! The whole family loves it. It takes a while to figure out what you like because there are so many options, and I will say some things are better than others (I don't personally ever get their sushi, for instance). I especially love the broccoli stalk salad and the general tso's. I suggest trying tiny bits of everything on your first trip. And go hungry!

Leaving this as a reminder not to eat here again. If you're vegan, maybe it would be acceptable; I don't know. The buffet (that's all they had, no menu offered) left us both feeling nauseated. Gloopy sauce, not hot enough steam trays, we ate what was on our plates because we didn't want to waste food, not because it was enjoyable. Weird crowd inside, it seemed like a cross between a community center & a restaurant.

Service was great, everybody was so friendly and attentive during our visit, making sure we had everything we needed. The buffet was delicious and packed with so many different choices, from veggie pepper steak to General Tso's inspired chicken alternatives and a salad bar chock full of fruits and vegetables. The food was fresh, and we will be sure to return! ☺️

We LOVE this place!! I have been coming here for years and it has never let me down. It has everything you could want and more. The staff is nice and the food is so great. My kids think it's pretty much the best thing in the world when we take the long drive here.

It's always such a treat to go to Sutao Cafe! The staff is super attentive and friendly, not to mention the food's great, and it's such a great price! Their vegetarian buffet is phenomenal. I love all the fresh dishes, veggies, soups and more. I love eating here.

This restaurant is neat and clean. The food is just great. The buffet is the way to go if this is your first visit. There are so many choices on the menu that it is hard to choose. The waitress was very nice and helpful. A good value for your money.

Awesome food at a reasonable price

I celebrated my nomination last night in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that we had a cool evening and the restaurant was definitely the reason for this successful meeting. The waiters cooperated in a very nice manner, the cooking was very good and my friends were very cheerful. We shall surely return for more events. Thank you very much.

I love this place. This is the best vegan buffet I know of. I've taken meat eaters here and they didn't believe it when I said everything is vegan. I hope it stays open forever.

Sutao is a casual yet unique spot for hot and cold Asian-inspired vegetarian dishes served buffet style. Their spread is definitely innovative as they offer 30+ options ranging from basic noodle and rice dishes to creative takes on classic meat dishes like General Tsao and Sweet and Sour Meatballs. The main issue seems to be keeping their spread stocked. We were one of four tables present for lunch today and at least six pans remained low or empty for the hour we were dining. The dining area is a no frills space with some dated Asian-themed decor and a mix of tables and booths. However, cleanliness has never been an issue in the times we’ve been in. Staff is generally attentive and helpful.Would recommend as a low key lunch spot for anyone looking to try unique vegetarian cuisine. Ask about their diner loyalty program if you anticipate repeat visits!

My favorite 100% vegan restaurant in Southeastern PA! Highly recommend the buffet with its super fresh and unique cold sald bar, soup, and hot food bar with something for everyone. They also have a full menu if veganized (mock meat) versions of standard American Chinese and other Asian menu items. SuTao is a travel destination for vegans, vegetarians, and others seeking amazing healthy food throughout the region.

Great place if you are vegan and even if you are not.

The food was outstanding. It had me concerned a fee times as it was so realistically meat like. The price was fantastic. The whole thing was amazing. We drove over an hour to check it out will be back without a doubt. The bathrooms have characters.

You can taste the love and care put into the food at Sutao. I love that I can order anything on the menu since it is all vegan (and delicious). So much to choose from. Their holiday buffets are also incredible. Highly recommend this place!!!

Price-fixing!Went in there today for dinner buffet and was charged $15.99. The two girls at the table next to me were charged $19.99 per person.besides the food not being up to the standards as it once was, everything is sitting out looking old and not appetizing.I won't be back to a place where they think they can scam you and charge everyone a different price

Favorite Vegan Chinese Buffet

What an awesome place! Any time I'm driving from Lancaster to Philly, I make a stop. The food is incredible and the people are so nice. If something is empty or near empty on the buffet, they'll make it for you quickly. So thankful this place exists.
